USAA Insurance Page Redesign

Page rewrite aligned with USAA’s Reveille design system and content style guide

USAA Insurance Page Rewrites
UX Writing | Content Strategy | Reveille Design System Alignment

I led the content rewrite for two key USAA insurance product pages: Bicycle Insurance and Military Auto Insurance, with a focus on clarity, structure, and alignment with USAA’s Reveille design system and content style guide.

Bicycle Insurance
I reorganized the page to follow the way users naturally seek information: what it is, what’s covered, and how to get started. I introduced a cost-forward headline, “Bicycle insurance starting at $100 a year,” to establish value early. Coverage options were grouped by rider needs such as damage, travel, and competition. I used plain language, scannable formatting, and clearer calls to action to support user understanding and conversions.

Military Auto Insurance
For this flagship product, I reshaped the voice to speak directly to military life. I added a more inclusive subhead, “Car insurance and discounts for our military families,” and grouped benefits by how they support deployment, travel, and life transitions. Discount messaging was simplified and repositioned for clarity. I also clarified international coverage and payment flexibility, emphasizing USAA’s deep understanding of the military community.

Each rewrite delivers a cleaner, more relevant experience that reflects USAA’s trusted, member-first voice.
